“Location good”

It was great being right in front of Suntec City. You can walk across the bridge to reach the Marina Bay area. Most attractions are within walking distance, the facilities were very clean, and they gave us a room with a balcony which I liked. The pool is good too. I want to go again.

“smell cigarettes”

I requested a non-smoking room, but unfortunately, the room I got smelled like cigarettes, which gave me a bit of a headache. I contacted the staff, and they said they would come and check, but it was taking too long, so I ended up going down to reception myself to ask for a room change. It was a little frustrating, especially since I had already requested a non-smoking room in advance. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the service was good, but I wish the hotel had handled the situation a little faster.
