“Disappointed”
Honestly, quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point. The outdoor, open-air concept may look beautiful in photos, but in reality, the ventilation and overall comfort were not what I expected. The service also fell short, which made the experience even less worthwhile. For the price you pay, I expected a much better level of hospitality, comfort and attention to detail. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to the expectations or the price tag. There are plenty of beautiful hotels in Singapore, and for this price, I would personally choose somewhere else that offers better service, a more comfortable environment and better overall value for money. Wouldn’t be my first choice for a return stay.

“Spectacular architecture with some minor downsides”
Liked: Spectacular architecture, especially the gardens and garden paths, great location and very friendly staff. Beds very comfortable too.
Disliked: Rooms are starting to show some wear and tear, which isn't so great at this price point. And while breakfast at Lime restaurant was good, in the evening they only had themed nights like Oktoberfest which didn't appeal to us at all, so we had to go eat elsewhere.

“Nice hotel, didn’t understand the hype about it though”
Liked: The pool was nice, great view. The breakfast was good as well. The staff was amazing, always trying to help and make everything easier.
Disliked: The rooms are already outdated, on the pictures it looked much better. In reality - looks a bit cheap. When we checked in had to change the room because of the awful drain smell, then the wifi was almost non-existent and we again called for help. The room itself, the shower, the furniture gave me 3 star hotel vibe. Also the wardrobe was super small for 3 people, just had couple of shelves.

“Anniversary Staycation”
Cosy, spacious room with bathtub. The hotel is kind to provide a bottle of champagne and a petite cake to celebrate our special occasion. Beautiful garden with a mini infinite pool. The 24/7 gym is a plus for early workout after a dinner buffet at the Lime Restaurant. We enjoyed the snow crab legs and desserts thoroughly. Staff are polite and patient. Thank you for making the stay a memorable one!

“We loved the hotel and wouldn’t mind staying there again.”
Liked: I like the design of the hotel and the room. I love the sliding door to the bathroom, especially that you can open it to make it part of the bedroom. The day and night blinds are a brilliant idea—overall, a very high standard and beautifully finished.
Disliked: The pool was nice, though the water was cold—my kids didn’t mind, though! Apparently, cold pools are common in Singapore, so I can't complain too much, but warmer water would have been a bonus.
