Liked: The perfect place to watch the balloons and sunrise. The breakfast was better than expected, and I really appreciated the hotel’s quick response and hospitality. I really enjoyed my stay!

“Very good”
Liked: Very nice hotel and rooms, you can see the hot air balloon from your room. ample street parking. Quiet location about 10 mins walk to centre.
Disliked: breakfast area not very clean and could start on time. Staff not that friendly. Room as paper cups for coffee making.

“Excellent”
Liked: Location, somehow parking is available, decent breakfast, clean, quiet area with very little traffic
Disliked: Some details needs polishing... like a towel hanger in the bathroom, or a detergent cup in the shower and similar. Yet, all good, I would go back.

“Amazing people, amazing food, amazing location!”
Liked: The breakfast was amazing and located in the top floor to see the balloons. Quiet location only 14 minutes walking to the middle of the night life. Orhan and the rest of the staff were amazing.
Disliked: Wish I had more time!

“Very good”
Liked: The rooms were nice, with a heritage hotel ambience. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. The hotel owner (although I couldn’t meet him in person) was very helpful and arranged many things for us over Whatsapp chat.
Disliked: Not the perfect location to enjoy hot air balloon views, but it’s still ok. The WiFi was weak.

“Okay for the price.”
Liked: Strong wifi connection, which can be hard to find! Nice hot shower with good water pressure, good price, and the owner was very nice and made us feel welcome.
Disliked: Some trash left in our room from previous guests (food wrappers), and a large clump of hair came out of the bathroom sink. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and felt like we were sleeping directly on springs. The employee who checked us in was quite rude, seemingly because we didn't book the tours we had asked for information about (we didn't book bc the prices were significantly higher than we found elsewhere), and while we had two bags at check-in the employee offered no assistance in helping us get two heavy bags up two flights of stairs. The hotel location feels "out of town" from where things are really happening.
