“Exceptional”

I had a very good experience at Peninsula Hotel. The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and very helpful. Special thanks to An and Nga for their dedicated assistance during my stay. The hotel still has a few areas for improvement, especially room cleanliness and food that was sometimes not hot enough when served. I hope the hotel will pay more attention to these points to ensure a more complete guest experience. Overall, I am satisfied and hope to return!

“Nice clean hotel with average food”

Very nice and clean hotel facility and guest rooms. Rooms with ocean views provide spectacular water views all day long Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet food is average not exceptional, lacking many Vietnamese dishes. Tea buffet is so so with repeated sweets everyday, lacking salty snacks compared to other hotels in the area
