“Amazing.”

Liked: The property was a great location and the staff were very accommodating especially ibteha who went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay and provided us with complimentary extras due to it being me and my partners honeymoon. I could not recommend this place and the staff enough and will definitely stay here again if I return inshallah.

“Bad experience, bad customer service in all levels breakfast was poor quality, poor organization”

Disliked: I don’t like anything in this hotel, honestly I travelled a lot this is the first time I am writing bad review so you can imagine how bad the service was, I did stay in 3 hotels in this umrah visit 2 hotels in Madinah and one in Makkah the other two were great experience in all levels except this one. customer service were horrible from the front desk to management relations ship, I put the no disturb sign after trying flight of 18 h. When I was sleeping I did notice some one walking in the room with out any warning you know, when they wanna clean the room, they announce their coming: house keeping, the man was infront of me while I am sleeping with out my scarf on, I called to complain, the lady said I will investigate that then she called to to apologize. Then she called and said I sent some chocolate and fruite, while nothing sent. It’s okay I will not eat it any way. Coming to the breakfast which was very modest, I tried to eat cheese slice and was very dry, obviously was cut few days ago, well old cheeze may cause people sick if they ate it, lastlly there is no team work whatsoever, when I put my medication in the fridge and asked for it no one knows and I have to wait 1 hour or more to get it anwhen I am calling to ask for it twice they didn’t answer the calls, Wow what a great service
