“Very good”
Liked: Location was excellent, right beside the University and the beautiful Votivkirche (Votive Church) which we visited for the amazing Lights of Creation show. Plenty of cafes & restaurants nearby, Stephanplatz, Rathaus, parks & museums all within easy walking distance.
Disliked: Breakfast was in a completely different location which we only found out the morning after our arrival (and didn't suit us in the slightest). Also no tea / coffee making facilities available.

“I will never visit again”
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were no staff seen at any point, no-one to ask for help or even what time I should check out. It would have been easy for them to put information in a leaflet in the room, but there was nothing. The bed was narrow, hard and uncomfortable, one flat pillow, everything was tatty, the curtains didn't close, worst of all the shower cubicle in the bedroom, a few feet from the bed, the shower head had to be hand-held as the holder was broken.

“Pension Schottentor”
Excellent location, comfortable bed but very dilapidated old building; staff were pleasant but not much help. Wifi is spotty; no breakfast, no kettle, no hair dryer, no fridge. If you just need an inexpensive place to sleep its fine.

“Good value for money”
Liked: this is a simple pension: you get what you pay for. the checkin was seamless: they just left a paper with my name and the keys on the counter, with clear instructions on how to find my room. On the day of departure the clerk kindly gave me a key to the baggage locker room so I didn't have to drag my suitcase around town all afternoon
Disliked: At 11:01 they knocked on my door and very kindly told me to f**k off. I guess it's fair enough, as 11:00 is their checkout time, but I haven't experienced this anywhere else

“Excellent”
Liked: The location is just perfect and the staff were really kind, we had almost half a day left after checkout to catch our train, the staff allow us to leave our bag at the storage without any charge.

“Very good”
Liked: The location was great. And room was comportable.
Disliked: There no Aircon or even fan. It's hot during summer. No kettle in the room.
