The service was good, the parking was convenient, and the rooms were nice. There's even a balcony area where you can smoke.

“Great stay”
Good and spacious clean rooms. Water pressure was really good, multiple wifi relays but could drop at times. What you see on photos is what you get. Had an issue with my bed first night and got relocated for the rest of my stay.

“Central downtown location”
The room is clean with a big bed, good location, cool air conditioning, and has a refrigerator and a wardrobe, but there is no kettle. There are 2 bottles of water, 2 bottles of shampoo, and 2 bars of soap provided. Overall, it’s worth the price paid of about 400 baht. However, the bathroom in room 308 had a toilet flush that didn’t work very well.

“Quality-priced hotel, great value for money in the heart of Surat Thani.”
Budget hotel in the center of Surat, close to the Makro store, located on an outer road. Very nice, not crowded, spacious parking, very convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the rooms are spacious. The staff is very friendly. I really liked it. If you come to Surat, I definitely recommend staying here again.

“Service”
The room is large and very clean, with a big bed and clear divisions. I've been there twice and was impressed. The price is reasonable, and the service is good. The staff, including the housekeepers, provide excellent service. It's private, quiet, and there's a nice cool breeze. I definitely give the cleanliness a 10/10.

“Quality”
Inexpensive, large, and very clean rooms with clear separation. Spacious, comfortable, and safe parking. Most importantly, the female staff provided excellent service and recommendations.

“lizard dropping on the floor and table”
The room was dirty, with ants crawling on the floor, lizard droppings on the floor and table, and a thick layer of dust on the headboard and bedside table. The room was not clean enough to stay in. I started feeling itchy shortly after entering the room, so I had to check out the same day and find another place to stay. I couldn't contact Agoda immediately because I needed to arrange alternative accommodation. After my trip, I tried to report the issue, but the website only allowed me to leave a review and offered no other way to request assistance.
