“Good location. Staff was friendly. Neighborhood felt unsafe and the room felt very nasty.”

Liked: Location was fine, about 7mins away from the airport.

Disliked: The room had a dirty feeling. There were multiple stains on the carpet and on the couch. The bed was uncomfortable and small. The shower had white paint strokes everywhere and gave the feeling of an abandoned place.

Liked: At my stay I was put in a room where there was mold in drain pool had hanging electrical light out and they gave a man the same room as me and as I finally lay down to sleep after a rough day and room changing a man come and my room is while we’re all sleeping and I hear my daughter screaming

Liked: Staff were nice, location was ok close to airport.

Disliked: Cigarette burns all over counters in my room. The place felt dirty. Spilled food on ottoman. No shuttle service from airport to hotel.

“Filthy hotel, the rating of 7/10 is misleading.”

Liked: Conveniently located to the airport.

Disliked: Horrid stench of unidentifiable food someone cooked in the room before me. I could smell it in the hallway through the pot smoke. Keeping the window open all night long didn’t make a dent in it. I was praying for olfactory fatigue to kick in but got a migraine instead. Brown stains on bathroom walls and the door were a nice touch. Fortunately I only needed to spend 7 hours there. Seriously considered leaving but it was late and dragging my bag across two parking lots to the Hilton was enough of a deterrent. I have no idea who rated this place 7/10.

Liked: All in all good experience

Disliked: I had a connecting room so I could hear everything the family next to me was saying and doing. Also the hotel needs to tell guests not to let the room doors slam shut especially during the night. My phone in my room wasn’t working even after maintenance came to check it so I had to go down to the desk to order food and to tell them about the person next to me slamming the door at 2am waking me up
