“Average hotel, it looks way much better in the photos. Yet, location was even better than expected!”

Liked: The location! No doubt that's what makes the hotel a nice place. Walking distance to top restaurants, located in a vibrant part of town.

Disliked: The staff was very careless, just "doing their job" mode...just average, cold, distant... The mattress very average, hotel could use some TLC, bathroom has bits chipping off the wall...felt used, needs some basic updates to keep it up to global standards...

“Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location”

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The location was one of the highlights, with restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, and other attractions all within easy reach. The hotel was comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and professional. We also enjoyed the quality of the food. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

“Great value for location and comfortable beds”

Liked: Perfect location in Palermo SoHo! Beds were firm but comfortable, water pressure in shower was good. Staff was friendly, hospitable, and eager to help!

Disliked: Thin walls and loud doors (no way to close them quietly) meant it was hard to sleep well. Bathroom doors are chipped and need repairs. Bathroom cups dirty.
