“Acceptable”
Disliked: This hotel looks like a haunted house. I was the only guest staying there. I decided not to stay because it felt very strange—no wonder the price was so low. The hotel is difficult to contact, and I have yet to receive any response regarding my request for a refund. Furthermore, the staff could not understand the language at all.

Overall, the place is nice, there is a balcony, towels are provided, a kettle, cups, TV, towels, soap, the place is also clean, it's worth it just for sleeping and enjoying the view. Unfortunately, the water heater didn't work, it used to work before, I hope the heater will be fixed in the future, since Lembang is cold, hehe.

“The hotel resembles an old, unoccupied building.”
It was somewhat scary when we first arrived and were headed to the reception; the elevator wasn't working and we were told to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. By the time we reached the front of the room, we were already feeling creeped out before entering. In the end, we moved to another hotel, unfortunately, we couldn't get a refund.

“ABANDONED HOTEL”
THE CLEANLINESS IS POOR, THE ROOM SMELLS, THE FACILITIES ARE BAD, THE TOILET WATER PRESSURE IS LOW, IT'S SUITABLE TO BE A TEST HOTEL!!!

“Not recommended”
Just arrived and already feeling uneasy, the place is quiet, looks unkempt, horror. As I was about to enter the room, ugh, up to the 3rd floor without an elevator, the journey to the room was truly horrific, just like places in horror movies, the lighting was dim and silent, with a smell of dust. As soon as I entered the room, boom, the towels and sheets were dirty, I was really grossed out wanting to use them, the mattress also looked worn out, the view outside was nice, but when the door to the room opened, oh my, it was so horrifying, especially the bathroom, I immediately felt chills because the bathroom was so terrifying, there was a bathtub but it was peeling, just horror all around, I have a baby so there's no way we could stay here, my child could faint, haha, got a price of ***, checked out right away, moved to another hotel that was much better and comfortable.

“Severely disappointed.”
This was the first attempt to stay at RedDoorz because my husband was really sleepy and looking for the closest option. It didn't match the photos in the app. The hotel room was truly unfit; the mattress smelled, there were many stains and dust, it was dark, giving a horror vibe, no amenities provided like towels or bottled water, the toilet smelled, the closet was broken, and the bathtub was dirty.
