“Good Value”
This is a very utilitarian, no frills hotel for a short stay in NYC for those who just need a safe, clean place to sleep and shower. Location, location, location.

“It's a great deal.”
Times Square to Grand Central, and even Hudson Yards and the High Line are within walking distance. The building is new, and the room was very clean. There are supermarkets, diners, and bagel shops nearby, so I had no trouble with breakfast. If I had to mention a downside, the front desk staff had inconsistent service depending on the person. I asked three times for a refrigerator to be brought to my room, but was told "if we have one." In the end, there was no follow-up, and it never happened. Also, I felt that the area right in front of the hotel was somewhat unsafe. However, if I overlook that, it was inexpensive with good facilities, and I would definitely consider staying again if there's a sale.

“Okay.”
In fact, looking at the price alone, it's not super cheap since there is also a payment amount on-site, but in terms of total cost, the price offers good value within the city. Additionally, the hygiene conditions are pretty decent. There is no refrigerator (they say they can bring one upon request, but there is an extra fee for it) and there are no indoor slippers (the floor is entirely carpeted, and it seems that they want you to wear shoes inside, which might be difficult for Koreans...). Amenities are only available for the shower (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap). There is a hairdryer, but I have one I brought with me, so I didn't use it. I made the reservation based on a recommendation, and I had a pleasant stay. The lobby is open 24 hours, so there are no worries about checkout, and check-in is listed as starting from 3 PM on Agoda, but it seems that in some cases it can be available from around 1:30 PM. I have booked many places on Agoda, but this is my first time leaving a review because my overall experience was so good that I wanted to share it. (I can't upload photos due to data issues.)

“Great stay for the money”
Have stayed twice, the rooms aren't big but big enough for a solo traveler (for more than one there could be an issue with space for luggage in the room). It's convenient to bus and train lines. You do have to go on two elevators to get to your room (one to get to lobby, then another to get to your room, where you do have to scan your room key). There is a lounge and restaurant/bar you can hang out in. They have light fare and drinks, and free coffee, and breakfast items in the morning. A little pricey though. During my latest stay I did have to change rooms midway due to ropes hanging outside (they were doing work on the building). The wind made the ropes bang against the building, causing noises that reverberated into my room, so I went to the lobby and they switched my room. In the room I moved to, I had an issue with the shower, getting it not to be cold. Had to strategically adjust it to get it at least lukewarm. It is clean and cleaning people are frequently seen in the hallways during the day.
