“Lovely staff”

The reception staff are so lovely! We came to this hotel, very exhausted after a flight. We had accidently booked for 2 people instead of 3, but they helped us a lot with absolutely no trouble. Everything was so quick too, we was able to get into our room only after about 10 minutes waiting in the reception with this issue too, so honestly I will definitely come back here if I ever have a layover in Abu Dhabi. Thank you to the staff

“Confirmed booking, but no room on arrival”

I made a confirmed reservation with this hotel and received a booking confirmation email in advance. When I arrived, the staff told me the hotel was fully booked and they had no room for me — despite my confirmed booking. This is completely unacceptable. A confirmed reservation should guarantee a room, and being turned away on arrival after traveling to the hotel is not just inconvenient — it's a breach of what was promised. No apology or compensation was offered that came close to making up for the inconvenience and stress this caused. I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel: a "confirmed" booking here apparently means nothing. I would not trust this property again and recommend booking elsewhere.

“Quick transfer night”

Perfect night with late check-in and very good breakfast. The staff is super cool and responsive. I recommend. However, the hotel is not directly connected to the airport, which forces you to take a 10mn taxi for an approximate total of 65-70 AED back and forth.
