Premier Inn Hamburg City Berliner Tor

Very small room, no basic facilities. AC and other appliances were not operational at all. I would never recommend staying in this hotel.

Liked: Great hotel chain. Each one is pretty much the same - no frills, decent cost, comfortable, safe and clean. I was able to check in early, though it did cost an extra 20 euro. The staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to the train from the hotel for transport to/from airport and hauptbahof.

Disliked: This location was good for travel, but there's not much around the area in terms of restaurants, bars, culture, etc. Premier Hotels charge you at every chance they get - parking, early checkin, etc.

Liked: Clean, quiet

Disliked: Bathroom "door"

Liked: Good price

Disliked: Neighborhood not have much shopping or restaurants

Liked: Location was really good, staff was friendly and helpful

Disliked: The room was really tiny, without any cupboard or shelves for storage

Liked: Nice place

Liked: Not too far from public transportation, but not too close to the main street so it is still quiet at night. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Clean, even if they won't clean your room during your stay. When staying only for 1-2 nights would be okay for me but longer without a room being cleaned up might be a bit annoying. They put extra pillow just in case you have other pillow preference.

Disliked: They don't have that much choices of fruits on the breakfast and always took quite long time for a refill some new item. Sad that I cannot have omelette when other hotel would always provide that when you ask. Maybe something into consideration. The room was too small and have no cupboard. So you cannot unpacked your luggage. It is small enough with 2 big luggages there and can you imagine how hard it is when we need to open our luggages? No rooms to move when that happened:(

Liked: It’s comfortable, staff is helpful, they stored our luggage after check-out as our flight was a bit later.
