Liked: Nachdem ich schon mehrere Apartments gebucht hatte war diesen Apartment von der Ausstattung am wohnlichsten. Die Möbel waren nicht abgenutzt und die betten waren sehr bequem.

Disliked: Man mag es sich nicht vorstellen aber in der Küche verlief der Aufzug des Hauses was doch eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mit sich gab 😬🙈

Disliked: La cucina è decisamente poco attrezzata: i bicchieri e le tazze erano sporchi e presentavano evidenti tracce di sporco. La pentola e l’unica padella a disposizione erano in condizioni talmente pessime da sembrare recuperate dalla spazzatura e portate in casa. Anche il tappeto della cucina era davvero molto sporco. I cuscini erano inutilizzabili: macchiati e con l’imbottitura completamente ammassata e piena di grumi. Siamo arrivati dopo diverse ore di viaggio e non abbiamo trovato né carta igienica né sapone per le mani. Il giorno successivo ci è stato portato il necessario, lasciandolo appeso alla porta, ma sarebbe stato decisamente più corretto trovare questi beni essenziali già al nostro arrivo. Altro problema importante è la presenza di molte formiche all’interno della casa, che evidentemente necessita di un intervento di disinfestazione o comunque di una soluzione al problema. Anche la pulizia generale lascia molto a desiderare: abbiamo trovato polvere e diversi aspetti che fanno pensare a una pulizia fatta in maniera molto superficiale. Infine, la casa è estremamente rumorosa. Il rumore è presente praticamente 24 ore su 24, con un continuo rumore sordo, come se qualcuno battesse con un martello. Questo ha reso difficile riposare e rilassarsi, soprattutto durante un soggiorno di 12 giorni.

Liked: The owner was wonderful. He met us on time, handed us the keys, explained all the details about our stay. The apartment was clean. However, it looked different from the photos cause as per owner explanations that condo under small repair in washroom.

Liked: - the location is good, there are some stores nearby - it is not too hot to sleep even though the bedroom doesn't have air conditioning

Disliked: - there was some noise during day- and nighttime, someone/something was hitting a metal pipe from time to time - cleaning is performed with poor quality, so you will have to live with a lot of dust that wasn't cleaned; additionally, we noticed something like blood on the door frame - kitchen utensils and power sockets are heavily outdated, they haven't been replaced since 2023 for sure - there is an electric kettle, but there is no socket on the kitchen, so you have to put in on the floor - there is an escalator, but we received the key on the 3rd day only - unfortunately, they don't care about consumables: they have a washing machine, but nothing to use it; no additional toilet paper; no tea and similar stuff, only some leftovers like salt
