Premium BEACHFRONT VILLA SANCTUARY HO TRAM RESORT

Liked: Tina the main contact was excellent all dealings where very professional and caring, our flight out of Ho Chi Min city was late at night and Tina allowed us to stay until pick up time, which certainly made us pretty happy as we did not have to wait in the overcrowded airport. We were met by a lovely young man named Richard who without we would have been left in limbo, Richard organised all of our taxi's, money exchange, needs in the Unit, water coffee tea sugar apples, as well as organising a driver to a take me to the hospital were I was treated like the King jumped all of the queue's and locals. (slight ear infection) Richard is a five star valu for this wonderful Villa his willingness to help out a an instant is superior service to any I have received in any holiday resort. We all thank you Richard.

Disliked: Unfortunately at this time it is very difficult to walk to any retstaurants or bars as the roads are very busy with no lighting, if you are staying I suggest try to have Richard as your contact or take your chances and hire a car.
