“Its overpriced with extra cost asked after u stay”

Quite dissappointed with the service. U have to take the long stairs with no lift, the room was too small with very little space, very noisy even its already 2 to 3 am. We were so tired yet its hard to find sleep with all the noise. Its dirty with lots of ants yet they charged u extra based on their own conditions of the room even its not our fault. Definitely first and last.

“So NOISY. NO SLEEP”

EXTREMELY NOISY. Nightclub/Karaoke club attached and everything can be heard, and felt, rattling the walls from 1600 until after 0220. There is no soundproofing. The ONLY reason to stay here is if you are attending the club. Otherwise you will NOT sleep. Reasonably high ratings are due to reviews BEFORE the attachef club opened. Be warned! Advertised as a one bedroom studio apartment. It is not. It is a small sectioned off area in a commercial lot. One of about 7 rooms. Advertised as having pool. It has not. Basically, stay somewhere else if you want to sleep.

“Good for solo traveler”

Recommended for solo travelers or with friends. But not with family. As the next door have pun, it will be noisier start at 12am - 2am. Room are clean as well the toilet/bathroom, facilities & utilities (basic) provided and good condition. They doesn’t provide kettle in the room but outside yes they do have for every guest use, including iron with iron board. Also hair dryer are not provided in the room, but not sure if they provide at the guest area as I didn’t check and bring my own. Personal rating 9/10 as the room has no sound proof.

“Very good”

The room is small not suitable for family and there have a pub next to this guest room, music can hear loud and noise till midnight 3am. Affect quality of sleep. Location wise very near to food street and quite convenient.

“Homestay at Shoplot”

It’s located at the back lane of the commercial lots. It’s not an apartment but it’s partitioned room. Clean room but found a bug on the bed on the first day, luckily no more. The bed is fronting the toilet door and air conditioner directly. Sound proofing is bad. However it’s pretty modernised with electronic locks, the location isn’t too bad, lots of car park and walking distance to the temples and market area.
