Stay was very good.wish there could be arrangements for microwave or fixed menu meals

I like the location as it is conveniently located near wien hbf train station so it makes my travel much easier and seamless. It is clean and minimalist, so the only downside is that the hotel isnt equipped with the usual amenities such as mini fridge, kettle, safe, and gym.

I thought I was booking for Redisson Blu and not a second class hotel with basic facilities. Agoda is playing games and disappointing every time. I don’t know why I go back to you

Good facilities and breakfast

If you travel by train, it's just a five-minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The room was clean, and overall it was a good stay. However, the room was missing essential amenities. There was no electric kettle, no fridge, and not even a glass for drinking water. There were just two paper cups.

Location, cleanliness, price point were good. Except for the lack of mini fridge, kettle, bottled water and housekeeping is only once eveey 3 days. Overall good for a short stay.

Super basic amenities and service is bad - self check in, default housekeeping once every 3 days, bins not emptied, reception has no phone (on purpose), no water provided, no closet, no kettle, only provide 2 single use paper cups.. My room facing the track is also noisy even with windows closed. Location-wise not that near the train station. Had to walk like 600m from the MAIN train station entrance. Overall, Very disappointed with the stay. Better value elsewhere in other hotel chains like Motel One or Intercity Hotel. Will not stay here again.

Stayed here recently for 5 days and honestly, the only positive thing I can say is the location. Everything else was a letdown. The hotel provides only the most basic necessities — and even then, it barely qualifies., No kettle, no mineral water. No fridge. Not even a single cup / spoon is provided, so good luck if you want to make yourself a hot drink.
