Had a perfect stay! Everything was lovely, comfortable, and just right. A special thank you to Vivian, the manager, and the entire team for their warm hospitality and thoughtful service. They truly made our stay extra special. Would definitely love to come back again!
Liked: Room was very small, location was good. Front desk service was good. Good prople
Disliked: Room
Wow wow wow, how nice were the staff. Amazing well done. This is a fabulous hotel
The location is very central in the old quarter. The room was good, we did have a plumbing problem but we were able to get switched to another room and they looked after us. The staff did everything they could to always be there to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, room was good and it was a nice view.
Exceptional staff..helpful and friendly
The service, facilities, and location were all great. I think the breakfast is satisfactory as long as it’s just enough to fill my stomach. There were some minor issues during my stay, but I was very touched by how they listened and provided feedback. The reception supervisor, LANIE NGUYEN, was very satisfactory in her service. If I go to Hanoi again, I would probably stay here.
One of our favorite stays in Hanoi. Just wish the breakfast would offer more variety however the staff were friendly and room was clean
Staff are friendly and very helpful Rooms are clean WiFi speed ok Street facing rooms a little noisy from the traffic Great value for money
