“Very good”

Disliked: I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with this situation. On 16 September, an amount of R6,297.27 was deducted from my account, and it is still showing as pending, even though I paid the full hotel accommodation cost separately. It has now been over a month, and the funds have still not been released back to my account. Could you please explain why my money has been held for so long, despite the full hotel bill having already been paid? This delay is completely unacceptable, and I would appreciate an immediate explanation and urgent assistance in having the funds released. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Disliked: Too many stairs, which is not friendly for older traveler. There should be walking ramp up to the hotel. They have steep ramp for luggage, not for walking.

“Nice staff with a little cavaet.”

A fellow friend of mine was sick during our trip and we requested to be checked in earlier if possible. Understandable that there might not rooms during that time and the staff was extremely understanding to try and provide us with an early check-in, despite indicating that i'll like to have non-smoking room, which i was given that but it was at a smoking level. Smell of the level was quite bad but i guess nothing much i could complain about since we had some last minute changes to the booking.

“I used it for business.”

This is my second time using it. The hotel is connected to the subway station, making it easy to move anywhere in Hong Kong quickly, which is very appealing! The room is spacious and clean, and since there's a bathtub 🛁, it helps relieve fatigue, making it ideal for business!
