“Good Location Let Down by Outdated, Dirty Facilities”

I expected far better standards from a high-end hotel. While the location is great, the stay was deeply disappointing. The room was dated—which I wouldn’t mind if it were well-maintained—but cleanliness felt questionable. To make matters worse, the room was infested with drain flies, and the bathtub faucet ran brown water, making it completely unusable.

“It's okay.”

Silom is a great area to walk around, and there is a super-rich currency exchange nearby. The hygiene is good, and the breakfast is on the second floor or?? There is a large area on the lower floor, and on the upper floor, it’s more like a lounge where you can eat in a private setting. It's nice to have two places to have meals. However, the soundproofing isn't very good, so it can be awkward when people walk by in the hallway. The pool is a bit small.

“Disappointing...”

We were on 22nd Floor...right in the corner...walking down the corridor we noticed how grubby the floor and walls were...also the Fire Door was very dirty. Our room was damp and appeared very spartan. Main light was not working, bathroom vent was not working properly. Electrical points in the room were not secure - plugs were very loose. A refresh of the whole floor is needed - especially considering we paid for the de-luxe package.
