Pullman Melbourne City Centre

Check in was easy and the hotel and room was very neat and clean. Located with China Town at the door we were spoilt for choice. The tram was just outside and cafes and shopping very close. Was an easy tram ride from the sky bus terminal.

Hotel is very conveniently located to all shopping and retail areas. Very accessible to all transport and travel. Very helpful staff who assisted with our luggage on arrival and departure.

best location for food trip and clean room

Surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Tram stops within 100m to go any direction. Excellent rooms and staff.

Liked: Great location. Very friendly staff

Disliked: n/a

The location is really exceptional. Railway station is just in front of the hotel and China town is just across the street. The entrance and lobby of the hotel are quite small though making it a bit difficult to load/ unload luggage when arrive.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Gym facility, best I've seen in a hotel. Rooftop bar very convenient. The only issue we had is that there is a wind shaft in the corridor, so we had to cover the gap under the door with a towel, for silence.

There was drilling non stop until 2/3AM during our stay (weekend) from nearby building. Called receptionist to request something that can muffle the noise, example air purifier. But sadly they don’t have any air purifier. Only offered ear plugs, which we had it and it no used! Even the tram’s sounds were not that loud compared with drilling noise. Please don’t book this hotel if u light sleeper. Drainage very slow, tho water pressure very bad. Very good location, with a lot of choice of restaurants (sadly mostly sell Chinese food, in case if u mind). Breakfast was awesome.
