Pullman Paris Centre-Bercy Hotel

I have one night stayed in Paris so I choose this one so that I can easily go to the airport the next day. Hotel is clean with nice indoor swimming pool and sauna for guests. There is parkings nearby so you can choose, the parking fee is ranging from 24 eur to 37 eur overnight depending on location. I choose the Lumiere Parking Bercy which is 2 minutes walking from the Hotel. If you park at the Hotel Parking it is 49 eur. There is a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel and a big park. The metro station also near, about 2 minutes from the Hotel. You also can take a walk and to the bridge over the Saine River, which I love it much. Highly recommended.

Liked: Nice, spacious room with a beautiful bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows especially. Loved the pool and sauna. Great variety of food for breakfast. Great location - right around the corner from Bercy Village where one can find many shops, restaurants and the metro station.

Disliked: Check-in was supposed to be at 14:00 but I had to wait over 40 minutes until I was finally given a different room. The lady that checked me in didn't give me much information upon arrival. My friends staying in another room were told that they get a welcome drink which I never heard about (something I would have appreciated in the over 30 minute wait), and she didn't tell me about the breakfast times, etc. I would have appreciated better customer service and information for a first-time guest.

Liked: The room was clean and generally well maintained, and the hotel has an excellent location with very easy access to the metro. The reception staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Disliked: The housekeeping and room services were also below expectations. Some requests and cleaning-related issues had to be followed up several times before they were properly addressed. In addition, the housekeeping staff did not speak English, which made communication more difficult. For families with children, I would rate the hotel as average. The swimming pool is quite small and the facilities and service around the pool were also below expectations.

Disliked: there were several disappointing aspects. The room facilities were quite basic considering the very high room rate, and overall the value for money was poor. Liked: Good value for two rooms for family of 5, nice AC for the hot month and the breakfast was great to have every morning.

Disliked: Location was a bit more industrial so you had to train out to other nicer parts (which not hard to do). I chose it bc it was near some flea markets on that side of town for handful of days.

Liked: The property was very good a nice hotel with a spa, great amenities, a convenient location, and very good value for money. What really stood out was the staff, especially Claudiu at the front desk. He was exceptional: always helpful, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to find the best solution for me. He truly made my stay better. I wish every hotel had someone like Claudiu. He is a real asset to the hotel

Disliked: Nothing in particular, overall I had a very good stay.

A very handy hotel near public transportation and a lot of places to eat. Good sized hotel with decent sized rooms. We booked two rooms for our family of four and it fit our needs. The breakfast isn't anything to write home about, but it was decent enough to start the day. The facility is clean, staff were friendly. It did the trick for our family.

Liked: Everything, clean, comfortable, convenient and family friendly

Disliked: Some of the floors need a carpet refresher
