Pullman Paris Montparnasse

I stayed at your hotel for one night, from September 14 to September 15, 2026. At check-in, I paid a €100 deposit. After deducting the €16.90 tourist tax, the remaining balance of €83.10 has not yet been refunded. I have requested a refund through multiple channels, but I have received no response for a month. It honestly feels as though you are deliberately avoiding me in an attempt to withhold my money.

The hotel is right next to Line 13 station. After shopping you can take the metro straight back. You don’t have to worry much about being robbed on the way. The room amenities are standard. The window is a bit small, but there isn’t much of a view anyway. One downside is the fake wet/dry separation — when you shower it easily splashes outside. Overall it’s fairly average. Not bad, but don’t expect anything special.

Disliked: Front desk agents need a little more customer service skills

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the TV sufficient.

Disliked: I have never seen a more poorly designed room. There is about 110 square feet of wasted space with a large hallway when you walk in, plus a weird open hallway that looks directly into the glass shower, therefore no privacy. There are no drawers for clothes and no place to put suitcases. You have to live out of your suitcase but there is no place to put a suitcase, no luggage racks. There is insufficient space on the desk and bathroom counter. There is an imbedded makeup mirror in the bathroom mirror but it is too high and you can't get close to it because of the counter, so it is useless. The "open" shower glass panel lets water all over the floor. You can choose between a rain shower that drips on you and the soap dispensers, washing away soap before you can use it, or a handheld shower that is not adjustable on the pole which shoots horizontally onto the wall or glass panel or floor. Often the elevators don't work and one day we had no maid service. They advertise 24/7 room service but one night when we tried to call it took 5 phone calls before they picked up and then just said there was no room service that night with no explanation. The breakfast buffet has decent food and a wide selection but is not laid out to support the massive crowds. There are long lines, and they run out of food quickly, One day when my husband was sick they would not let me box up a meal for him nor would they box it for me when they cited "hygiene" reasons. We had prepaid for the breakfast buffet. It's not very hygienic given the layout and the massive crowds. It appears to frequently have large company functions.

Lovely hotel. Staffs were friendly. Many places for food within walking distance and there's a supermarket nearby too. Location is not too far to Eiffel Tower as well.

Clean rooms, good location but you will not be able to reach their reception by calling them from your room - nobody will pick up. They will NOT keep your luggage for you even if you are coming back to stay in a few days. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed that refused to keep a luggage for a few days especially when we have a booking for the next stay in a few days. Ridiculous.

The station is very close so transportation is extremely convenient, and the beds are really comfortable. The fitness facilities are well-equipped and all the staff are friendly. However, the shower stall has no door so everything gets soaked when you shower, which is inconvenient, and I was pickpocketed right in front of the hotel entrance.
