“If you must see the Eiffel Tower, what do you recommend?”
The price is nearly 1 million won per night, but if you absolutely need a view of the Eiffel Tower, I would recommend it. However, it’s not a direct view but a diagonal one, so you have to go out on the balcony to see it. The building wall obstructs the angle for taking photos, which is very frustrating. There's a club on the 10th or 11th floor, so even if you get a high floor, it's not particularly enjoyable in the evening due to the noise. I would consider going back if it were around 500,000 won. Other than being close to the Eiffel Tower and the good condition of the accommodation, there aren't really any notable advantages.

“Just for eiffel tower view”
Room is not nice at all. Only fot take picture with eiffel from balcony. Reception very small and busy. Bed not comfortable. Couch is cheapest looking couch ever for 990 aud a night i expected a bit more. Balcony look old and run down. Lucky I book for 1 night. If I know it this bad I will add more money and book where else

“A proper Eiffel view, but not a perfect score.”
The proximity to the Eiffel Tower is both an advantage and a disadvantage, haha. It's incredibly beautiful to see the enormous Eiffel right in front of you, but it's too close to take a good photo. Additionally, I was assigned a lower floor, and while other rooms may vary, to see the entire Eiffel Tower, I had to sit at the end of the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. The location is great, and the interior of the accommodation is nice and clean. The staff was also very, very friendly. I asked for wine glasses to enjoy the wine I bought outside, and they couldn't just give me empty glasses but ended up giving me a glass of wine for free, hehe. I really appreciated it. I enjoyed my one-night stay here.
