“Holiday spoiler”
Very bad experience, the hotel room feels like a budget room, my wife got stuck in the toilet because the lock spoilt, her phone was outside the toilet, can you imagine if no one was there she would be trapped? Very bad experience, never ever staying there, I wonder how they dare to call it a 5 star hotel Called for house keeping and didn’t come, when I put Do Not Disturb, they came, the management need to buck up, I feel the hotel Is just a cash grab

“Nice”
Very clean and convenient location. Room is small like any other hotel in Singapore. Love the breakfast place - calm vibe and nicely light up by natural light

“pleasent short stay”
we have stayed several times, and its remains one of our preferred hotels in Singapore. Great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Another pleasant stay, and we look forward to coming back.

“Excellent location, spacious room”
A strong stay overall, with excellent location and hospitality. Room size was real plus, everything is clean. The amenities were good and sufficient.
