“Bland room accessible”

i didn’t notice till i got to the reception i had book an disabled accessible room, would management consider making it a big bold so the guest could be better informed i like pull man for the big fluffy beds i get there and there is 2 single bases on the floor (no legs possibly accessible room requirements?) but yeah on the floor very bland room!

“Nothing restocked”

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with the Pullman! The room service app wasn’t working then went to use the phone and that was broken ( checked the plug ect …) No milk in mini bar, no soap in dispenser and only two decaf coffee sachet!!! No real coffee!! Just got off a long flight and was really exhausted and needed small comforts!!
