“Very good”

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the location on Hyde Park was walking distance to the busier city central which we prefer. Joe Black Cafe is close by and has the most delicious breakfast.

Disliked: There was no coffee station in the lobby and the room coffee was pretty harsh. Not many restaurants nearby

Great location. Air con didn't work. Room card also timed out and had to be fixed. Staff knocked on foor to enquire if we were leaving at 11:10am (left a little later due to room key issues). Okay overall but def didn't feel 5 star or anything special.

“Mr. Bassun's Appearance”

It seems that being located right in front of Hyde Park caused the bar to come out in the room. I was also uneasy about the wide gap between the room door and the floor. The pros and cons are very clear. Cons: It's not clean, it's very old and shabby. There's a bar. Pros: The location is excellent, the view is fantastic, and the room is very spacious. I had booked for about 10 nights, but after the bar incident, I asked for a refund starting from that day. The male staff member was very kind and seemed very sorry, so I just let it go quietly.

Liked: The hotel is in a prime location. The room was very spatious and confortable. The view is stunning.

“Warm & Friendly Reception”

The reception staff were absolutely lovely — very polite, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They were also really helpful when we needed to store our luggage and went out of their way to make things easy for us. The room was very spacious and clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. Really appreciate the warm hospitality and great service. Would definitely stay here again!
