Our stay was good. The front desk staff is very kind and welcoming. Our room exceeds our expectation. It was spacious and clean. The hotel was very affordable they also offer free laundry at their basement which makes our trip more convenient. The location is near to everything. Overall our trip was great.
Location is good but the photos in agoda for the hotel front door is not a real photo, the hotel is the same building with a service apartment but different lift. Hotel room is clean and comfortable bed and pillows

- a lot of decent restaurants and bars in the proximity of the hotel - convenient stores within walking distance - room is clean, toilet is decent - service is amazing, Ngoc Hoi (Hayden) helped us to usher our grab to pull over and put the luggage in the trunk:D Richie gave us keychains when we checked out:D
Finally a room with no carpets! AC is good....warm toilet seats all the time. The shower is amazing. I am usually the most worried about this. Food everywhere and 7eleven a minute away.
Hotel is quite clean and location is very convenient, but that's about it. It's extremely noisy, there's a pub downstairs with loud live music. Everything is expensive around District 1 too. I wouldn't stay here again, would probably pick a different district and hotel next time I'm in Ho Chi Minh City.
The staff are very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is hot and cold drinking water free to use which was wonderful! They give you toiletries and tea/coffee. The bathroom was very clean, good attention to detail.
It's in the middle of Japanese Street/Japanese Town. With lots of restaurant and spa in the surroundings. Staff were helpful and courteous. Amazing toilet seat.
