“Exceptional”

Liked: It's among the best hotels we've ever checked into thanks to its excellent location and warm, helpful staff. Complimentary coffee is served in the lobby, and the staff kindly told us about a free two-hour guided tour of the Old Town.

“Very nice structure and great staff”

Liked: The Staff is fantastic, they also have a coffee and tea station aviable all the day for free, and the restaurant is pretty good as well as the breakfast

Disliked: The water in aluminum cans… maybe it is time to switch to glass bottles and free dispenser? And maybe a more premium soap that would fit better the 4 stars of the hotel

“Excellent”

Liked: Location is excellent. 15 minutes from the old city and right next to the train station and Galera Krakowska mall. Hotel is modern and nice. Breakfast was excellent and there is also a nice restaurent during the day. The lunch box I got instead of breakfast on my last day was amazing!

Disliked: My room was very small. Not recommended to 2 persons with laguage.
