Pytloun Boutique Hotel Prague

Liked: The location is great, very central and easy to get around the touristy parts of the city. The roadworks nearby made it difficult to get taxis/bolts, these have been going on for years apparently. Probably good to know for people with disabilities that you cannot get cars to the hotel itself. The room was fantastic, comfortable bed and very modern. The breakfast was great and had a huge selection. The staff were also very accommodating. We arrived in Prague at 1am so the 24 hour reception was a godsend.

Disliked: Nothing really, the stay was lovely

바츨로프 광장에 위치하여 관광지를 다니기에 좋아요. 근처 슈퍼가 있어서 장보기에도 편리해요. 키를 대고 들어가야해서 안전하기도 해요. 침대는 크고 편하지만 방자체는 좁아요. 욕실에 있는 탁상거울이 깨져있었어요. 조식도 괜찮았어요.

Disliked: Everything the place is dirty the lobby is smells bad,blankets has holes the bathroom is dirty and smells, its a real bad stay for the price i would not recommend it for anyone, the only good thing about it is the staff

Liked: I liked the excellent central location! It was close to restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. The breakfast was the same every day, but it was satisfying.

Disliked: Our overall experience was disappointing due to several shortcomings. There were three of us staying in the room, yet only two glasses and cutlery for two people were provided. More concerningly, my daughter cut her foot on a piece of glass on the bathroom floor, which had clearly not been cleaned properly. Slippers were also not available in the room and had to be requested after that incident. The automated WC curtain was not working. We reported the issue to reception, but nothing was done before our departure. The room lacked a proper mirror outside the bathroom, the bathroom lighting was inadequate, and the extra bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The hairdryer was broken, and one of the lifts was not operational. The second lift was also being used by rooftop bar visitors, most of whom were not hotel guests but predominantly young people, making the situation even more inconvenient for hotel guests. Taken together, these issues reflect poor housekeeping, maintenance and attention to guest comfort. As we were leaving, we were asked not to leave a negative review, which I found highly unprofessional. Guests should be free to share their honest experiences. Overall, the hotel fell short of the standard expected of a 5-star property.

Liked: The hotel was stylish, modern and comfortable, with a lovely room and attractive interiors. Suzanna was extremely helpful, attentive and welcoming, making us feel well looked after. Her friendly approach really made a positive difference to our stay.

Disliked: The only downside was that the hotel was not particularly easy to identify on arrival, and it wasn’t immediately clear where reception was located. You have to walk down a corridor before finding a sign with an arrow, which wasn’t clear about whether to continue straight ahead or turn right. Better signage and clearer directions at the entrance would make the arrival experience much smoother and create a better first impression.

Liked: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Suzanna and Ahmad for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! We would definitely come back again.
