Disliked: Room was not ready at 3:30 was told to park and look around we would be called when it was ready to cheer in no call back at 6:30 no one in the office waited another 15 minutes for someone to return finally got to check it not a good experience

Disliked: Occupancy tax, no Elevator! Parking fee! Can coke 4 dollars. Price for room was advertised at one price until they add all the charges. Just terrible customer service Breakfast was awful. Just so many things wrong at this kind of money every thing should have been great.

Disliked: The bed left a lot to be desired. I think it’s overpriced too since it’s kind of dated.
