Quality Inn O'Hare Airport

The room is larger and nicer than I expected. The bathroom is clean — not brand-new, but it has a bathtub and is fine. Best of all, there's a 24-hour airport shuttle, highly recommended. The shuttle (about a 15-passenger van) departs every hour at:30, so just be in the lobby 10 minutes beforehand.

The room got -Non smoking room had terrible smell. V Old side building, has jam doors not only hard but v very difficult to open have to call the staff many times. We 3 friends 3 different room also some neighbors had the same issue jam doors, once come out, needed someone strong to keep pushing doors to open it. My shoulder and arms started hurting, I was scared to go out so I shouldn’t get locked out Not good for free either. 👎

I stayed in new building 6-7 yrs back no issues at all but this time very bad experience The room got -Non smoking room had terrible smell. Disliked: Location

Liked: I liked the airport shuttle since it was reliable and quick.

Disliked: The hallways were quite dirty and stained and smelly. Room bathrooms were super old and outdated, including toilets and showers. Cleaners were noisy in the morning, preventing sleep. Breakfast was only carbs.

Liked: The bar and restaurant area

Disliked: The rest of the hotel felt very run down
