Disliked: Not saying it’s a dislike but that elevator is so small.

Disliked: There was cockroaches in my room and they take a extra 100$ deposit until after you leave and then you have to wait 3 to 4 business days for it to go back on yiur card

Liked: We chose it for the location, we could walk to the subway, several Indigo bike rentals, and just lots of stuff. But were enchanted by the character, the old Philly vibe, and the best part was definitely the staff! Roager at the front was helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about all sorts of stuff! Highly recommend a safe, clean space in the heart of Philly to just take it all in. The free breakfasts made our day even more stress free - I thought they were a thing of the pre-covid world, but the waffles were great! Lots of healthy choices.
Disliked: Might be time to repaint the shower area, the damp and the heat has done a bit of number on the ceiling.

Disliked: It was dirty and not well kept. Shower drain was clogged. They unclogged with toilet plunger and left old toilet paper chunks and hair from drain on shower floor. Toilet leaked. Someone vomited in elevator. The next day there were still chunks in the elevator. Disgusting.

Disliked: The hotel didn't have a record of my reservation since I made it through Booking.com. They eventually figured it out, but it took some time. Also, since there the hotel didn't have a parking lot, a discount with the local parking garage would be nice.
