We had a nice stay here. Location wise very convenient there is the nearest tube station (Queensway) and also for the buses. The room is quite small but enough for your things, it is also clean and the staff were very approachable and helpful. We had an incident when they need to unlock the toilet’s door knob because my little one was playing it, they responded quickly. Breakfast was great too! Will recommend it definitely.

I stayed with my daughter. Overall we had a very comfortable stay as this place is quite central and close to the tube station as well. The room however was very small with even smaller window. Cleanliness needs to improve.

Liked: AC was a must after the warm Summer that UK experience this year. We could sleep well despite high temperatures outside.
