“Exceptional”
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet, clean, classy place to stay in Cebu with a stunning view! I was lucky enough to get a corner room with an absolutely breathtaking view. I woke up to the sunrise every morning. Even though the curtains could completely block out the sunlight, with a view this beautiful, why would I want to hide it? The location is super convenient too, just a stone’s throw away from Ayala Mall, making shopping and dining so easy. If I ever revisit Cebu, Quest Hotel will definitely be my first choice! Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Everything was just perfect!

“Would definitely stay here again”
Pros Excellent location: The hotel is right across from Ayala Center Cebu, just a few meters away from the mall. It’s very convenient, accessible, and easy to find. We mostly used Grab to get around, but public transportation also seems readily accessible. Cleanliness: I have nothing but good things to say about the cleanliness. The rooms are cleaned daily, and toiletries are replenished every day. Even the room and bed sheets smell nice and fresh, which makes the stay more comfortable. Friendly and accommodating staff: The staff are wonderful from the moment you arrive until you check out. They’re consistently friendly, always willing to help, and very attentive when handling room service requests. Their hospitality really makes a difference. Breakfast buffet: The breakfast buffet was really good, with plenty of delicious options. They also rotate the menu, which is nice if you’re staying for several days. I was actually looking forward to having taho lol, but unfortunately, there wasn’t any during my stay. Still, the food was great overall! Swimming pool: The pool is small but nice if you just want to take a quick dip and relax. There’s also a bar by the pool. Cons Room condition varies: This was our second stay at the hotel, and we noticed that we got a better room when we booked directly through their website. Depending on the room assigned, some electrical outlets may be loose or not working, which can be inconvenient.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Quest Hotel! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, accommodating, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with a great selection of delicious food that made every morning something to look forward to. What I appreciated most was the overall atmosphere of the hotel. It has such a welcoming, relaxing, and enjoyable vibe that makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Everything, from the cleanliness and service to the food and ambiance, came together to create a memorable experience. Quest Hotel Cebu truly delivers excellent value for money without compromising on quality and hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cebu, whether for business or leisure. Definitely a hotel worth coming back to! Thank you, Quest Hotel Cebu, for such an amazing stay.
