“Very good value but a little basic”

Liked: Marisa was very welcoming and helpful - finding us parking on a very busy Sunday. Location was convenient for the historic Centre

Disliked: That the two bedrooms were linked. Not sure this was clear enough on the information. One bedroom was very noisy at night from traffic on the street below.

“Amazing stay in a historic property with incredible rooftop view of Etna”

Liked: Amazing historic property and the best night sleep of my life

Disliked: Nothing, just that we didn’t stay longer

“We couldn’t have asked for a better location to end our trip to Sicily.”

Liked: Great location in a gorgeous, low keyed, city. Our hosts, Marissa and Peter, were kind, funny, and gracious.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The rooms were very spacious and well appointed. The terrace provided a view over the roof tops to Mt Etna. Our hosts Marisa and Peter were utterly delightful and made us feel very welcome and the food and wine were delicious

Disliked: The location is central and there is no free parking close by, the nearest was a good 400m away and the bags had to be dragged down a very narrow street with a lot of traffic rushing past.

“Exceptional”

Liked: The hosts were incredible. When we arrived, they met us at the entrance and showed us around, both our room and the available roof terrace. They gave many suggestions on local restaurants and activities in the area, as well as getting us in contact with a taxi driver to drive us to our event. If we are ever in the area again, we would 100% live at Raciti Palace again - We are almost considering going back to Acireale, just to live at the Palace again:)

“Must book this place”

Liked: The location and the host were amazing. We had no idea it was an actual palace, so that was a very pleasant surprise. We have booked another night there cause we loved it so much. Highly recommend!

“Excellent”

Liked: Nice location in city centre view views towards the sea.

Disliked: The property was located in the historical city centre but on a very busy road where cars were driving very fast. Car park was a bit of a walk away.
