“Staff busted into my room while at my most vulnerable state”

I was recovering from a water-borne disease (be prepared for that when visiting the Philippines). Literally just minutes from checking in, a staff member intruded into my room without any notice. No knock, no doorbell - nothing. I had to shout back to ward him off. Extremely unprofessional and really distasteful. The rest of my trip was ruined mainly because I didn't feel safe even though the hotel changed my room to a higher floor. Completely unworthy of the Radisson name.

Always stay at this hotel when in Cebu! Staff is great always remember me, IT guy Khyke, is a genius helpful and patient, Marc, front desk manager is friendly and always remembers me and my choices!! Bellman Cleford is great and helpful All around great staff!!

“First time visiting Cebu.”

I went because I heard the breakfast, nearby infrastructure, and room condition were good, but the pool was closed for construction and unavailable. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and the breakfast was just so-so. For towels in the room for two people there were two long towels and one medium — no hand towels at all — and it seemed inconsistent: some rooms had items and others didn’t. Aside from toothbrushes, there were no amenities. Compared with the price, it was below my expectations. The staff were very friendly though — five stars for that.

Our stay was please we stayed for 1 night. We got upgraded from Superior room to presidential suite for free because of somw technical issues during out stay we enjoyed our stay. Staff were accommodating and helpful. The room and lobby smells so nice and pleasant and foods are delicious I will surely visit again I hope they upgrade me to presidential suite again next time 🥰😁

I booked Radisson Blu Cebu to be close to SM City. It was really convenient for visiting SM City, and I also enjoyed the hotel spa. I knew the pool wasn't available before we went, but it would have been perfect if we could have used the pool too.
