“We really enjoyed the beautiful view, cozy and comfortable room, and excellent location.”
Liked: We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and the food was fresh and well prepared. The location is excellent and very convenient, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions and facilities. We also appreciated the reasonable price for parking. It was convenient to have parking available at a good rate, especially when traveling by car.
Disliked: When we arrived at the hotel after 10 p.m., there was already a queue at the reception for check-in. We were exhausted after a long day, but the check-in process was very slow, with only two receptionists available to assist guests. It took quite a while before we could finally get to our room. Another issue was the room service. We called around 10 p.m. next day to request a replenishment of toilet paper, but it was not delivered until the next morning. For something as basic and essential as toilet paper, I expected the request to be handled much more promptly, especially since we were already staying in the hotel.

“Excellent”
Liked: Closeness to the Planten en Blomen parc ist really nice.
Disliked: The towels we received had holes, I would definitely replace them. Some receptionist seemed to be annoyed about one or the other guest which I think should not be. Only because you are older and it takes you more time to pay with a digital card reader, you should not hide behind the screen and make faces about how annoyed you are.

“An excellent hotel at a top location.”
Liked: Very clean, comfortable bed, excellent location, friendly staff.
Disliked: If your room is near the elevators, you will continuously hear them all day and night. I had to wear earplugs.
