Disliked: Lyon was extremely hot ( around 38-39 degree C) and AC was absolutely ineffective and unbearable inside the room, somehow managed using a fan provided by the Hotel, they need to prepare themselves for the future!!

Disliked: Mattress made lots of noise, similar to a broken auto engine. Could not get a descent night sleep. The laboratory did not drain. Safe deposit box was DANGEROUSLY HOT. Complained next day and all the lady at the front desk said "i am sorry" We were expecting a good night slip in this 4 stars hotel

“Acceptable”

Liked: The hotel had a bedbug infestation. After we returned from the hotel, we spent our time undergoing treatments. The rooms were dirty. They smelled bad.

Disliked: The hotel's parking lot is outside the hotel. You walk to the hotel with your luggage. The area isn't safe. The front desk is on the 32nd floor. When you leave the parking lot, you don't know where to go. We spent twenty minutes trying to reach the front desk. The African man at the front desk wasn't helpful at all.
