“Due to the chaotic service, I wouldn't recommend staying here as it's just not worth the hassle.”

Liked: The room was really clean and cozy, the location right in Connaught Place is good. The ground floor security guards were super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The front desk service was a total mess. Check in was super frustrating because they initially gave me a Standard Room instead of the Premium Room I booked and sorting it out took forever because their system didn't sync with Booking.com. I had the same experience getting my F&B Genius discount, which reception claimed couldn't be fixed once billed, but they finally adjusted it at checkout after a long wait. Also, the Wi-Fi was terrible, super slow and always disconnecting.
