Radisson Hotel Danang

The worst Radisson Blu hotel we have ever stayed at. Our stay at Radisson Blu Da Nang was extremely disappointing. The room was damp, the walls were wet, and there was no seating on the balcony. The checkout experience made things even worse. We were presented with a VND 2,000,000 charge for allegedly smoking on the balcony, even though we had not smoked there. We disputed this accusation. The staff’s approach felt focused on collecting extra money rather than addressing our concerns. We were also offered hotel transport for VND 800,000, while the same journey through Grab cost us just VND 95,000. Between the damp room, the unusable balcony, and the way we were treated at checkout, this was by far our worst experience at a Radisson Blu. We would not stay here again.

Exceptional is the word. Comfort is an understatement. Service is top notch at reception, bell hop and door attendant. Location so convenient with convenience stores at around and good local food such as pho and Banh Mi. My Khe beach is just across the road. Where to find Beach

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. Although it overlooked another building, I could still see a glimpse of the ocean, which made me happy. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes. The staff were polite and helpful.

Disliked: Nothing

Great facilities and yummy breakfast and afternoon tea buffet

Liked: Wonderful breakfast and good location

Disliked: Not having English speaking staff to have better understanding

They were very helpful with our room arrangements, took our requests seriously, and prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for my parents 🧁 Great breakfast, a beautiful pool with a sea view, and a convenient location close to the beach. I would happily recommend this hotel! And if you have the opportunity, I highly recommend choosing a room with a sea view. 🌊

Radisson Hotel Danang was very well managed. Even though the location on the seafront brought some unfavorable conditions, the staff—especially Vivian—provided a variety of services. I would book again next time.

Liked: The hotel's location is between beach clubs and outside KTV. Both blast music in the evening, so it's impossible to sleep until they stop at 11:30. The front desk said that, by law, they need to stop at 10:30 and later on weekends, but I'm not sure they enforce it.

Disliked: The noise. Cheap amenities also. I paid a high price for my stay and barely slept during the 5 nights I stayed there.
