Good hotel,good location and good food. Highly recommended

My experience at this hotel was mixed. The room was quiet and peaceful, and the bed was comfortable, which made for a restful stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved, particularly in the bedroom and bathroom, as neither was as clean as I would have expected. The staff were neither particularly welcoming nor unfriendly, and the service felt rather neutral. Overall, although the hotel offered a tranquil atmosphere and a comfortable bed, I don't feel it represented good value for money, especially considering the standard of cleanliness.

We stay 1 night there. They have large variety of food for meal and breakfast. Also children enjoyed the swimming pool. Hope there was pool which suitable for our small kids as pool has same deep for all people.

My only problem with sri lankan waiters and buffet managers is that they don't have hospitality. Breakfast buffet was a mess. People struggling to find items and buffet managers chilling, standing and not helping at all. Room was amazing. They gave us a free lake view uphrade. Gym was spacious and pool was also clean. It was a positive stay!

Good clean comfortable hotel with the view of thr Hills and the lake. The staff were courteous and friendly. We were warmly welcomed by a little plate of beautiful local sweet..

Hotel location is pretty good, walking distance to the city center by the lake around 850 meters. But the lake side walk is really enjoyable. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Roof top view is really enjoyable too. The stuff are not very friendly and had to ask for dental kits as it was not provided. 1 guests amenities were missing. Had to ask them to get that too. Overall had a nice time during our stay. One thing to keep in mind, the road from main road to the lobby is pretty steep. Which is around 200 meters.
