Rafayel Hotel & Spa

The room was nice and spacious, but the outlook from the ground floor was non existent, the worst part its location, other than a taxi there is no shuttle service or underground.

Liked: Excellent greeting. Loved the cricket memorabilia

Liked: The interior the location was convenient and pretty amazing the spa was exceptional luckily we had it all to ourselves which was so amazingly relaxing

Disliked: I loved the place and the vibe but in the morning when I was getting ready to check out packing all my stuff One of the member of staff let himself in when I said one second when knocking which I didn’t appreciate one bit

Liked: Staff helpful Big room Great view Hot tub amazing Great night

Disliked: Air-conditioning could have been more effective or left on so room wasnt an oven on arrival. Took too long to cool down. Offered us another room but we were already settled. While.it meant we couldn't relax immediately they did all they could in the situation

Liked: Nice hotel, close to the NEC, which was good, staff were excellent and very helpful. Only issue is that the available parking was a really long walk and very expensive.

Disliked: Parking

Disliked: We given an access room on the ground floor… not needed, and the shower floor with unclean drain water

Liked: Staff were friendly and the bed was well sized and comfortable.

Disliked: The noise, during the night there were loud bangs from either room and lots of shouting. Woke up several times.

Liked: Very spacious inside and the amazing view it gave. The television had all the information you need to visit London plus the remote control controlled all the lights and colours. My partner loved the free upgrade they gave us.

Disliked: Trying to get there was not easy. No trains nearby to take. Had to get an Uber and it still took us about 25min to get there from the closest station.
