Liked: Full refund please, place was filthy also man was attacked in the hall way in the night! All the wall smashed in between room 3 and room 4 knife on the floor! I left immediately as didn’t feel safe

Liked: Proximity to Copper Box Arena

Disliked: The Hotel Staff asked me late at night via WhatsApp to assist another customer struggling to open his room which I find unsettling and discomforting due to safety reasons. It should be their responsibility to assist their customers and not asking tenants to do so because it might be a trap or plot for mugging or armed robbery. Please don't text customers like that next time. Go there yourself and cater to the requests of a struggling occupant.

Liked: Budget hotel in a budget area. Very convenient. Comfy bed. Shared facilities. Clean. Cooking facilities. Great cafe around the corner, opens at 4.30am.

Liked: Clean and comfortable, very secure as they have 2 different code doors, and then your bedroom door has another code and key entry. Basic amenities, no frills - great price.

Disliked: I could have done with a later checkout - you have to be out by 10.
