1 day family vacation with young kids. Pros: Spacious room Cons: 1) Diffent management from hotel. Room is not like inside the picture especially bathroom. Very dirty toilet and bathtub. 2) Got TV but it is just decoration as it is not functioning. The dining chair cushion rotten. No coffee. All old items inside room. 3) Parking is limited. Parking handled by other management and it is RM20 per day, pay to the car park agent. Cashless machine was not working during arrival and need to ask the car park agent to open the barricade for you. 4) Deposit rm200 by cash or QR. Cash refunded immediately but QR will be transferred to invidual account and will be paid back after few hours after check out, not company account. The name was Teoh Poh Lim. They said it is company account but i don't trust them, so I pay by cash. Summary: 1st and last coming here.

I stayed on the level managed by lwe of this hotel and would not recommend it. Poor hygiene, black mold, rundown with broken furniture and broken TV. Bathroom:There was black mold in the bathroom and no shower curtain. For a space you use daily to wash, this is unacceptable. There was also no soap provided. Corridor:The hallway had a persistent unpleasant smell that followed you into the room whenever the door opened. Management:When I raised issues, I found the janitor and the management were the same person. That may explain the state of the property: no clear separation between cleaning and accountability, and no one seemingly responsible for quality standards. Important note:The hotel is split into two levels. The section, managed separately by "lwe," is where the problems are. I can't speak to the other level, and I'd encourage anyone considering this property to confirm which section they're booking. Verdict:Poor hygiene, poor upkeep, poor oversight. Check the listing carefully before you book.
