“Excellent”
The toilet drain was not properly functional (the water filled up too high) and there were ants in the room.

“Gambar bilik dan parking”
Parking hotel hanya 2 shj. Parking keliling hotel adalah tepi jalan. Not suggest bagi yg bawa kenderaan. Pemilihan jenis bilik hotel dlm Agoda tidak sama. Maksudnya masa pilih bilik gambar yg ditunjuk hanya yg besar a.k.a bilik yg highest sedangkan bilik sebenar berbeza

“Mini cockroaches everywhere!”
The location of Raissa Boutique Hotel is great, especially since it’s close to Jalan Alor and at the center of Bukit Bintang, with plenty of restaurants and establishments within walking distance. However, the room was quite small and, more importantly, we found small cockroaches inside the room, which was very disappointing and concerning when it comes to cleanliness. Daily room cleaning is also not provided automatically, you have to request it, which is inconvenient and below what we expected from a hotel stay. While the location is definitely a plus, the cleanliness, presence of cockroaches, small room size, and housekeeping policy are major areas that need improvement.

“Comfortable budget hotel”
Value for money: 💰 Reasonable for a single room + en suite shower less than RM200 for 2 nights. Location: 6-7 min walk from Bukit Bintang MRT Exit F. Arabic/indian food, vietnamese coffee kiosk, indian 5-6 min walk away. There is a small lane you need to go through to get to the hotel that looks a little dodgy, but otherwise, travel cautiously and it should be okay Amenities: Its actually an old building, so you ll see rust here amd there. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, adjustable air fond, TV with Youtube/netflix that keptme entertained. i wasnt immediately given info on the wifi and didnt bother asking as i had my own personal one. So, something the hotel may want to improve on. Kettle was convenient. Desk was small so i did my work on the bed with two electric ports nearby. Shower heater was alright, toilet was cleaned well, and seem to sparkle admist other older looking sinks. Slippers are also provided. Overall, other than that dodgy lane, this was a comfortable budget stay in an old hotel. Staff were also quite flexible, kindly offering the room at 12 noon (as it was available that time) instead of the usual 2-3 pm check in. i was also allowed to check out a little later, although their priorities are to allow in coning guests to check in early.

“Ok, but not too good”
The location is convenient and close to eat Street, which was a plus. However, the nearby buildings and surroundings are not particularly nice, and the view from the hotel was not very appealing. The hotel itself is quite small, and the room was much smaller than expected. There was barely enough space for the bed and a small table, so it was difficult to move around or keep luggage comfortably. The bathroom was also very small, and the TV was placed above the window, which was not very convenient. The room was clean and okay for a short stay, but overall it felt quite cramped. I would prefer a hotel with at least an average-sized room and a little more space.
