“Good location, but...”
The hotel location is good. We booked the king size bed, but given single bed. The hotel managed to change it to what we booked for. Expected theres a gym facility, but it is under renovation..wasnt informed when we booked it. So gym-less for our entire stay. On 2nd day, the water heater didnt work..so we had to shower with cold water, when outside was below 10c, but I had to admit they had a good water pressure. They turned on the heater too high, the control in the room didnt work, made the room became very stuffy. Staff were emotionless and blunt, but effective. Overall, i'd give 3 stars for everything happened during our stay.

“Exceptional”
Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to come back again! ❤️

“Shouldn’t be a 4 stars hotel not event 3 stars fake promotion”
Disliked: Wellington fake image the room had nothing to do with the image/ad it look like a studio, not clean at all on the floor you see the stang of food. Bathroom bottle soap, shampoo were empty (no one check)

“Overpriced for Its Age and Condition”
The room had a noticeable musty smell coming from the minibar. The bathroom also lacks privacy, as the frosted glass still allows the person inside to be visibly seen, and the sound carries quite clearly. Considering the hotel’s age, dated furniture, and overall condition and cleanliness, I found the price too high for what is offered.
