“Management sucked big time”

Disliked: Management was rude and lied to us we had been in the same room for 3 weeks which was handicap accessible with walk in shower across the hall for dinning room easy exit to the semi reserved with Kelly on Wednesday said we could keep same room got here to pay and manager said no we couldn’t keep same room anymore and said she couldn’t put us in another room and we had to move out.

“Overall not a bad place to stay. The night shift girl was rude but an other staff were really nice.”

Liked: They are remodeling and trying to keep it nice

Disliked: The elevator!!! One of scary ride lol. Never know where you will end up. It kept one down to floor 1 and it would stop and just slowly. Key cards hardly ever work and then you’re going back down to get another one.

Liked: Bed was very nice. Cleaning staff super friendly outside very well lite.

Disliked: Desk staff was rude. Bathroom shower curtain was installed backwards. Hole in the walls around handicap railing. No fire alarm in room. Bugs in bathroom. No breakfast to speak of at free breakfast. No sausage or eggs in warmer only a few peices of bacon. Over an hour before servers time was supposed to be finished. Free breakfast if offered should be available

Liked: The location and price.

Disliked: The staff was meh at best. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had as hotel breakfast goes. The facility has not seen good maintenance in a very long time. And what has been done is very poor quality. And the hallway reaked of Marijuana. I know you get what you pay for, but I would expect this from a hole in the wall no name roach motel. Not a large chain hotel.
