“Solid choice and value for money”
Liked: I truly liked once again the overall experience of the hotel, the staff is always attentive and willing to assist you with a smile, the underground parking with electric vehicle chargers, the room space and distribution, the breakfast is really good with several options that vary slightly daily, the place is always clean and pretty much quiet.
Disliked: This is not against the hotel itself, maybe a lack of policy enforcement regarding people eating and drinking beers inside the pool, it is a small place and some couples use it as a personal jacuzzi, there have been many kids around throughout our visits, so it is an inappropriate behavior of some guests regarding the use of public spaces.

“Amazing Value, Top 5 Choices in Queretaro”
Liked: Facilities are overall very good, one of the few places were you can stay with underground parking, they have a security gate for vehicles, the rooms are nice, very quiet and comfortable, the staff always attentive and willing to assist, the buffet is also very good, food always fresh, decoration may not be for everyone but we found it amusing and something that distinguishes this places from many similar others.
Disliked: No fridge/frigobar at the room, electric vehicle chargers are only NACS, it would be awesome to have one CCS1.
