Rapo's Resort Hotel

Liked: Great pool and lounge. Loved coming back from the beach and going in the pool before dinner. Having the bar there was awesome too. Did take advantage of the breakfast buffet as well. The location was great, easy walk to the beach but they took us by golf cart to the beach so we never even needed to walk. We did walk the 15 minutes to the city center where there are lots of lively bars and restaurants. There are more bars there if you're looking for more options so definitely don't miss out just because it's a 15 minute walk. Very safe and well lit walk!

Disliked: Rooms were a bit small but nothing we didn't expect. This did not detract from the experience because we didn't spend anytime in the room. They cleaned the rooms every day!

Liked: Location is great, we had a family room which was large and overlooked pool, beds were comfy, hotel was very clean, nice towels and sheets, gorgeous pool area and nice breakfast buffet. Golf cart transport to beach was convenient and beach area was nice, as was beach bar. Overall we and our kids loved the hotel and would return.

Disliked: Air conditioning could be improved, low platform beds with wood platforms were a hazard, we ran into them several times and were injured and they aren't necessary. Food could be improved in pool area, not much of a selection. And I also noticed the women's restrooms and changing rooms near pool had no working lights and no locks on doors to toilets.

Liked: Location was beautiful! The pool/ beach area were very beautiful and comfortable. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet a lot. The rooms had good sound proofing as well. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The two golf cart drivers were very kind and helpful!

Liked: Nice hotel, there's some reviews about it being "outdated" but it's not that bad, it's very well preserved. There's a fact: there's no other similar options (proper hotels) in the region, most of the accomodations are apartments, so I really enjoyed to stay in a place with good infrastructure and staff, plus they offer free sunbeds in their beach club and a shuttle car, so you should add those ammenities in their price.

Disliked: Maybe it's their culture, but apart they opening the breakfast room at 7h30, most of the items are just ready starting from 8h30.

Liked: People working there were amazing. The most beautiful pool. Wonderful location with beach. Super clean and comfortable room and bed and sheets. Great breakfast. View. Golf cart driver very sweet. Balcony.

Liked: Very friendly staff, with good access to a private beach and convenient shuttles there, nice pool set up, puts on good night entertainment at their beach

Disliked: Room was old / dated and small. Shower was very small to get into. Would have expected more modern and higher room quality for the price paid.

Disliked: In our room the blackout curtain didn’t fit the window properly, so the room became bright very early in the morning, more over the water pressure in the shower was very weak

Liked: Everything, staff and service is another level. Very polite and always there to help make your vacation and stay as perfect as possible.

Disliked: Nothing
